The purpose of the LMSA-DUCOM is to address the health needs of the Latino community, as well as to create an environment for academic and social support for Latino students interested in the health professions.

LMSA-DUCOM is a non-exclusive organization that advocates for all members of society regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, cultural practices, sexuality, etc.
