The Catholic Medical Association is a national, physician-led community of healthcare professionals that informs, organizes, and inspires its members, in steadfast fidelity to the teachings of the Catholic Church, to uphold the principles of the Catholic faith in the science and practice of medicine. The organization is open to Catholics along with anyone interested or curious in learning more about Catholicism. DUCOM CMA is a student section of the organization that provides an environment for students and staff to be able to freely discuss and learn more about the Catholic faith as well as create a community for students to grow in their faith or rekindle it and understand how it can be applied in today’s practice.
