Supported by United Health Group and the Centers for Disease Control and in collaboration with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Department of Health, learn about some work in the Drexel Food Lab of the Center for Food and Hospitality Management at Drexel that develops specific food products with the goal of preventing and treating disease.
