The Culinary Medicine Club is hosting guest speaker Jennifer Nasser, PhD, RD, CNS, FTOS will give a talk entitled ‘Nutrition, Health and Disease: Horses and Zebras’  The talk will explain what conditions constitute nutritional illnesses, what illnesses have recognized nutrition based interventions (the Horses), and what illnesses may benefit from nutritional interventions in the future (the Zebras).
